Media Day put young athletes in the spotlight

Join the League Media Day gave Operation Breakthrough athletes more than a uniform and a photo. It gave them space to speak, pose, lead and see themselves as part of something bigger.

Players moved through portraits, interviews and team moments while volunteers supported check-in, styling, photography and encouragement.

From Media Day to Glory Football

Glory Football carried that confidence into a live sports environment, connecting the game with media, teamwork, careers and community pride.

Confidence is part of the program

Fall 2026 expands this approach for 100+ K–8 athletes through four grade divisions and a nine-week season blending football with mentorship, inclusion, financial literacy and workforce exposure.
